I have recently noticed that the OG data that I fill in through the Yoast plugin are being overwritten by another set of OG data. After having done a plugin conflict test, I haven't been able to fix the issue. I believe those Open Graph data are automatically pulled from the theme. Is there a way to remove them? The problem is those incorrect data are being pulled from Facebook when I share an article and there is no way to get the correct ones.

To be able to remove the OG data from the template you must comment some lines of code.
Within the theme you should look for the file theme-functions.php in this path "/inc/theme-functions.php".
In this file comment from lines 212 to 242, simply put / * * / between the beginning and end of the text.
If you have any problems, send us the FTP data and we will do it to you.
Remember that when you update the template you will lose these changes you should do it again.
